Our Experience
As an experienced landlord and property investor for over 15 years, I have endured boom and bust cycles, changes of regulations, and successfully exercised various purchasing strategies.
L’impero Sol was incorporated in 2019 as a special purpose vehicle to hold and purchase investment properties we had an interest in. Throughout the pandemic alone, I purchased 17 properties, proving the importance of a solid investment strategy.
I now outsource the day-to-day management of my portfolio to a local letting agency. This allows me to spend time scaling my business, building my network, and searching for new and exciting investment opportunities.
In the coming years, I’m excited to expand my portfolio further and forge lifelong business relationships. Whether it be through joint venture partnerships, offering consultancy, or by supporting motivated sellers to get the highest returns on their investments.
